Pipeline Cleanup: Take Action Now!


Minnesotans for Pipeline Cleanup are landowners and citizens
concerned about the liabilities of abandoning Enbridge’s old Line 3 oil pipeline.

ATTENTION:
The public comment period to Minnesota Public Utilities Commission ends 4:30 pm on November 22, 2017.

WHY IS THE PIPELINE ABANDONMENT A PROBLEM?
CONTAMINATION – Legacy contamination around or beneath the pipeline.*
DRAINAGE – Pipeline acting as water conduit. The pipeline acting a conduit for legacy contamination.*
SUBSIDENCE – Sinking due to the failure over time of the pipeline.*
LOSS OF BUOYANCY control for the pipeline.*
PROPERTY VALUE – impact on property resale value
